Why we created Wealden Vets
After years of working in the local community, we felt there was an opportunity to create something different — a practice shaped around the relationships we’ve built with pets and their owners.
We wanted to combine everything we value most: continuity of care, time to really get to know our clients, and the freedom to make decisions based on what’s best for each individual pet.
Wealden Vets is not a takeover or a rebrand. It’s a completely new, independent practice, designed from the ground up to reflect how we believe veterinary care should feel — personal, considered, and consistent.

We believe great veterinary care starts with strong relationships. Seeing a familiar face, having the time to ask questions, and feeling confident in the advice you’re given all make a difference.
As an independent practice, we’re able to focus on what matters most — providing thoughtful, tailored care for every pet, without compromise. Whether it’s a routine visit or something more complex, we aim to make every experience as calm and reassuring as possible.

Our practice has been designed to offer the best of both worlds — modern, purpose-built facilities alongside a traditional, relationship-led approach to care.
With brand new equipment, including up-to-date diagnostic tools, we’re able to provide high-quality treatment from day one. At the same time, our focus remains on creating a space that feels welcoming, calm, and easy to visit for both pets and their owners.

Having worked in the area for many years, we already know many of the pets and owners we care for — and we’re looking forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces to Wealden Vets.
